These terms govern your use of coasia.ca. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Site operator

Coasia is the commercial brand of Coasia Expansion Inc., a company based in Québec, Canada. In these terms, “Coasia,” “we” and “our” mean Coasia Expansion Inc.

2. General information only

Site content is for general information and is not legal, tax, regulatory, financial, accounting or other professional advice. Market conditions and programs can change. Obtain appropriate advice before acting.

3. No guaranteed outcome

International market development depends on many factors outside Coasia’s control. The site does not guarantee any contract, introduction, funding, regulatory approval, partner or commercial result. An advisory relationship begins only under a signed written agreement.

4. Permitted use

You may access the site for lawful information and business purposes. You may not attempt to compromise security, systematically scrape content, impersonate another person, introduce malicious code or use the site in violation of law or another party’s rights.

5. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, site content, copy, structure, graphics, marks and resources belong to Coasia Expansion Inc. or are used with permission. No licence is granted except the limited right to view the site. Material reproduction requires prior written permission.

6. Marks and distinct platforms

Coasia, EXPANSION, BUILT TOGETHER., L’EXPANSION, CONSTRUITE ENSEMBLE. and associated elements are used as Coasia brand identifiers. Canada Railway & Infrastructure Hub is a distinct sector platform owned and operated by Coasia Expansion Inc. Third-party marks remain their owners’ property.

Third-party links are provided for convenience. They are not endorsements, and Coasia is not responsible for third-party content, availability, security or practices.

8. Availability and accuracy

We work to keep the site useful and accurate, but it may contain errors or be interrupted. To the extent permitted by law, it is provided “as is” and “as available,” without express or implied warranties.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Coasia Expansion Inc. and its directors, collaborators and providers are not liable for indirect, special or consequential loss arising from use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Québec and applicable federal laws of Canada. Subject to mandatory rules, the courts in the judicial district of Montréal have jurisdiction.

11. Electronic communications

We follow applicable requirements for commercial electronic messages. A one-time inquiry or business exchange does not automatically enrol you in a marketing list. You may withdraw consent to optional communications through the instructions provided or by contacting us.
